Full technical support is available from both MESM and equipment manufacturers enabling user to resolve problems quickly. Once a problem has been logged we will keep you updates as to the progress with an undertaking that if the problem does not get resolved we will replace hired equipment within 24 hours and are able to supply loan units to cover for purchased equipment
